Traditional brick/block construction, groundworks, steel framing, sandstone finishes. 3 floors, 55 high-spec bedrooms, large M&E works. Responsible for daily site duties, H&S, site reports, sub-contractor planning, material call-offs, and working closely with QS, Client, and designers.
